About us

The Concert Team

Aylesbury Lunchtime Music is run by a small team of volunteers. We are no longer part of the Friends of St Mary’s registered charity (which has been closed) and as such are unable to claim gift aid tax relief on future donations. We will still, however, continue to welcome donations to support larger ensembles. The concerts will run on a not-for-profit basis and continue to depend upon our audience for funding.

Our objectives remain to support young musicians and local talent by providing weekly lunchtime concerts at St Mary’s. We are able to give a modest performance fee and travel expenses to our musicians, pay for printing and publicity and make a donation to the church for each concert.

Who’s on board?

  • Chair: Trevor Dawe
  • Hon. Secretary: Lynda Stewardson
  • Hon. Treasurer: Ian Stewardson
  • Concert Planner: Jane Turner
  • Website & publicity: Caroline Turner
  • Volunteers: Charles Boot, Linda Florentin, Alan Frost, Dave Piggford

New volunteers are always welcome. Please get in touch or approach one of the team members after a concert.
